Top Grade Earthworks is hiring experienced Scraper, Excavator, Dozer & Rock Truck Operators to finish our 2026 season. Potential for winter work in 2027.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Operating scraper, excavator, dozer & rock truck to complete tasks, including moving materials, grading, dumping.

Operate equipment safely in a variety of conditions.

Follow safe work practices and procedures and participate in hazard assessments before starting work.

Complete daily pre-checks and report any maintenance required.

Strong communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in congested areas near underground utilities, overhead power lines, and other workers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

2 years of experience operating in civil construction industry.

Valid class 5 license and the ability to transport yourself to and from the worksite.

Positive attitude, ability to work with others,



and be part of a team.

Valid safety tickets including first aid, RSTS or CSTS 2020, and WHIMIS.

Job Type and Schedule:

Full time – seasonal. 6-10 months of work on a 6/1 schedule.

Monday to Friday 7am to 6 pm, Saturday 7 am to 4pm. Sundays as required or available.
