Main responsibilities:

Local HVAC repair company is looking for a Service Coordinator Admin. for a long-term basis.

What’s in it for you?

· Compensation: $21 - 23/hr, based on experience

· Monday to Friday, regular business hours

The successful candidate will be evaluated during their trial period for a permeant placement! Our client will hire on top performers!

Responsibilities of the job:

· Arranging and scheduling service technicians.

· Invoicing and billing.

· Ordering parts and tracking inventory levels.

· Assist with putting away inventory parts.

· Other administrative duties as required.

Job Requirements:

· 2 years of administrative experience in a service oriented role.

· Proficient with MS Office & ERP systems are required - you will be tested!

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
