Overview

The General Labour / Production Associate supports day-to-day production and material handling through hands-on work, careful attention to instructions, and safe use of tools and equipment. This role contributes to organized workflows and helps colleagues keep production tasks moving smoothly.

Duties

- Loading raw materials into production machines
- Assisting machine operators
- Packaging finished products
- Inspecting products for quality
- Moving materials around the warehouse
- Maintaining cleanliness and workplace safety
- Following supervisor instructions
- Working as part of a production team

Current shifts are:

Morning Shift

7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Evening Shift





4:00 PM – 12:00 Midnight

Experience
Required: Practical ability to follow instructions, handle materials carefully, and use hand tools safely supports reliable production and assembly work. Mechanical knowledge helps with routine tasks and recognizing when equipment or work needs attention. Preferred: Manufacturing or warehouse experience, familiarity with power tools, and forklift experience are helpful strengths for adapting to varied production and material-handling tasks. Your impact: Organized, dependable work helps colleagues maintain steady workflows and complete production tasks accurately.

Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44.0 – 50.0 per week
