Job Summary

As a second-year Apprentice Plumber, you’ll support plumbing installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair work while developing practical trade skills. You’ll work with experienced colleagues to help keep projects organized and systems functioning safely.

Responsibilities

- Assist with installing, assembling, and maintaining plumbing components using hand tools and power tools.
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand layouts, measurements, and work sequences; apply basic math when measuring and preparing materials.
- Support related construction tasks, including carpentry, HVAC work, and welding, as directed.
- Keep tools and work areas orderly, follow instructions, and communicate progress or issues to the team.

Requirements

Required: Practical plumbing knowledge,



safe use of hand and power tools, blueprint and schematic reading, basic math, and the ability to assist with assembly and maintenance are important for daily tasks. Mechanical knowledge and careful, dependable work help you contribute effectively alongside experienced tradespeople. Preferred: Construction experience and familiarity with carpentry, HVAC, or welding are helpful strengths. Pay: $19.75-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
