Overview

The Property Manager coordinates property operations, maintenance, and improvement projects to keep facilities safe, functional, and dependable. This role works with colleagues and service providers to address building needs and support smooth day-to-day operations.

Duties

- Manage maintenance activities, prioritize work orders, and use CMMS tools to track tasks and records.
- Coordinate projects involving HVAC, electrical, low-voltage, and mechanical systems; review schematics to support troubleshooting.
- Supervise maintenance work, communicate priorities in English, and apply leadership and project management skills to keep work organized.
- Support manufacturing facility operations, including industrial maintenance and programmable logic controller (PLC) systems.

Experience

Required:



Practical management, maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and communication skills to coordinate facility work, review schematics, and support HVAC, electrical, and low-voltage systems. English proficiency supports clear coordination with colleagues and service providers. Preferred: Supervising experience, project management strengths, and familiarity with manufacturing environments, industrial maintenance, programmable logic controllers, and CMMS systems. Leadership and organized problem-solving are valuable when prioritizing repairs and coordinating projects.

Pay: From $41,900.00 per year
