District Leader - Gas & Convenience

We are a National Branded Gas Company operating several locations within Southeastern Current Brunswick. We are looking for a District Leader interested in driving our group as we continue to grow our store counts. If you are sales and results driven, fully engaged in the business, and prepared to do what it takes to win, we are interested. What will you do?

- Lead a team of Managers in all aspects of store operations
- Manage sales and wage costs, competitive pricing and promotional programs
- Maximize district productivity while prioritizing customer service
- Actively lead and participate in recruitment, selection and development of store teams
- Identify, assess and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Ensure operational compliance
- Execute all security,



mystery shop and health and safety programs

What are we looking for?

- At least 3+ years of multi-unit management experience.
- Proven success achieving sales and wage cost objectives
- A highly competitive drive to be the top performer
- A strategic thinker and problem solver
- Excellent communication skills both orally and written
- A valid provincial driver’s license and car
