Industrial Maintenance Millwright (433A) & Electrician (309A or 442A) – Manufacturing

We are currently seeking a Licensed Industrial Maintenance Millwright (433A) and Electrician (309A or 442A) to join a busy manufacturing facility supporting production equipment and plant maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair corrugated machinery, flexo printing equipment, and other production machinery
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and equipment repairs
- Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled equipment and electrical systems
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, motors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Fabricate components and assist with machinery upgrades and improvements
- Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and shop drawings
- Follow lockout/tagout procedures and all health & safety regulations
- Use CMMS systems and communicate maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager
- Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

- Valid Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) License – Required
- Valid Ontario 309A or 442A Electrician License - Required




- 2+ years experience in corrugated or paper industry OR 5+ years in manufacturing maintenance
- Strong experience with PLC troubleshooting, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Experience with motor alignment, equipment assembly/disassembly, welding, machining, and fabrication
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
- Must have own set of metric and standard tools
- Valid Driver’s License

Compensation

- Hourly wage $50 to $60/ hour depending on experience
- Yearly tool allowance, vacation, overtime, benefits

Certifications

- Forklift License
- Scissor Lift License
- Working at Heights
- Articulating Boom Training

Schedule

- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Overtime as required

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment around moving equipment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
