We are looking for a Field Service Technician based near Surrey, British Columbia to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and service automatic lubrication systems on a variety of on-road and off-road construction and transportation equipment.

What You'll Do

As a Field Service Technician, no two days will look exactly the same. You'll work directly with customers and equipment in the field, including:

- Installing and servicing automatic lubrication systems at customer locations
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
- Working hands-on with trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, and related systems
- Performing fabrication and welding work as required
- Training customers on equipment and system operation
- Maintaining your tools, equipment, work area, and company-provided service vehicle
- Completing work orders, installation records, and service documentation accurately and on time
- Performing physical tasks including crawling, kneeling, climbing, bending, twisting, and lifting

What We're Looking For





We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work and enjoys figuring out how things work.

You'll be a great fit if you have:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Experience working with tools, equipment, vehicles, or machinery
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Familiarity with electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Solid problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A valid driver's licence and clean driving abstract
- A minimum high school diploma
- Availability for overnight travel, which may be for up to two weeks at a time

Experience with heavy equipment, trucks, trailers, construction equipment, or field service is an asset.

Travel

This position includes overnight travel,



primarily within your assigned region. From time to time, travel to other parts of Canada may also be required. Candidates must be comfortable travelling for periods of up to two weeks.
