Position Summary
The Bilingual Financial Services Representative supports Spanish- and English-speaking customers who have applied for financial products, in an inbound call center environment. The role focuses on application processing, account support, documentation accuracy, and following regulatory and company compliance standards.

Your Schedule – Monday to Friday
This is an early morning position with afternoons and weekends free.

- November to mid-March: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Mid-March to November: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

The start time moves by one hour twice a year to stay aligned with our U.S. clients’ business hours. This is because the U.S. observes daylight saving time and B.C. does not. The next change takes place on March 14, 2027.

What You’ll Earn

- $19.25/hour starting wage
- Performance-based commission on top of your hourly pay. Last month,



our average-performing representatives earned $600–$1,000 in commission, and our top performers earned close to $2,000.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with completing new loan applications, making sure all required information is accurately collected, verified, and entered into company systems.
- Review and verify customer income and employment documentation in line with company guidelines and regulatory compliance standards.
- Explain loan terms, conditions, repayment schedules, and account obligations clearly and accurately, in Spanish or English, so customers fully understand them.
- Process payments and account transactions, and review account activity with customers to clarify balances, payment allocations, and next steps.
- Provide retention and resolution support to existing customers by addressing concerns, handling complaints, and offering appropriate solutions professionally and promptly.
- Keep detailed, accurate, and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in company systems.
- Make sure all calls, records, and account updates meet internal quality assurance and compliance requirements.
- Follow company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements,



and service-level expectations.
- Maintain high productivity, accuracy, and customer service performance in a fast-paced call center environment.

Qualifications

- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written (required)
- Comfortable with an early start and reliable morning attendance
- Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient with computer systems and digital tools
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
