Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

- Define and execute effective commercial strategies to meet—and exceed—the sales objectives for the Paint division.

- Support the development of markets outside Quebec.

Team Management

- Lead, train, and coach the sales team to ensure optimal performance.

Market Expansion & Prospection

- Identify new business opportunities and develop new clients.

- Maintain robust relationships with existing customers.

Product Expertise

- Acquire an in-depth understanding of our paint product lines to support the sales team and provide outstanding customer service.

Strategy & Collaboration





- Work closely with the marketing and production departments to align sales strategies with the company’s overall goals.

Performance Tracking

- Analyze sales results, adjust strategies as needed, and prepare performance reports for management.

Profile We’re Looking For

- Degree in sales, management, or a related field

- Significant experience in sales team management—ideally in the paint industry or a related sector

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills (bilingualism required)

- Ability to work strategically while managing day-to-day sales operations

- Geographic mobility to oversee activities in various markets

- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and business development strategies
