We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) who knows how to keep things clear, calm, and skilled—especially when people are dealing with the stress of a damaged vehicle.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Greet customers and walk them through the repair process
- Keep them updated and work with estimators and techs
- Answer questions with professionalism and care
- Handle bookings, calls, and basic admin tasks

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and people skills
- A calm, customer-first mindset




- Experience in a service or collision setting is a bonus
- Good multitasking and time management skills
