Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose & Repair: Conduct thorough in-home and shop assessments to troubleshoot, service, and repair a wide variety of major household appliances and brands.
- Maneuver Equipment: Safely lift, move, and position heavy household appliances using a handcart and a mechanical truck lift.
- Manage Transactions: Complete service calls efficiently by invoicing customers directly and securely processing on-site payments.
- Represent the Business: Deliver helpful, courteous service to homeowners, upholding the reputation of our family-owned business.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Driving Credentials: Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract to operate the company vehicle.
- Customer-First Mindset: Highly customer-service oriented with a skilled and friendly attitude.
- Financial Comfort: Comfortable handling basic invoicing, calculations, and receiving payments from clients.
- Technical Licenses: A valid G2 or DA gas-fitting license is considered a major asset.




- Physical Capability: Able to handle the regular physical demands of lifting and moving large household appliances.
