Role Overview
As a Consultant, you’ll be an important contributor to the delivery of Microsoft 365 solutions. You’ll support client engagements across design, configuration, testing, training, and adoption, working closely with Senior Consultants, Analysts, and Technical Analysts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning by doing, collaborating with experienced consultants, and growing their consulting and Microsoft 365 expertise in a supportive, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
Solution Delivery & Client Support

- Support the discovery and documentation of business requirements, including information architecture, permissions, governance, workflows, and security models.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and support of Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint and related services.




- Help ensure solutions are user-friendly, well-structured, and aligned with client needs.

Testing, Adoption & Enablement

- Develop testing scripts with explicit instructions and expected outcomes.
- Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute to training and change management materials that support adoption.

Collaboration & Communication

- Facilitate meetings and working sessions between clients and technical teams.
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Use collaboration tools such as Mural to support virtual engagements.

Sales & Growth Support

- Support the sales cycle by assisting with solution demonstrations and related activities.

What You Bring

- 1–5+ years of experience in consulting, technology delivery, or a related role.
- Degree or Diploma in a related field.
- Experience or interest in Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to stay organized and balance multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with virtual collaboration tools.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn new technologies.
- AIIM, ARMA, or similar certifications are an asset.
