AB Buildings is growing, and we're putting together one of the best in-house post-frame construction crews in Alberta.

We're looking for experienced carpenters and crew leaders who take pride in their craftsmanship, work hard, and want to be part of a company that's raising the standard in post-frame construction.

From custom shops and agricultural buildings to large commercial projects and post-frame homes, we build some incredible structures across Alberta.

Crew Leads

Experienced leaders who can manage a crew, read construction drawings, organize daily tasks, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently.

Experienced Post Frame Carpenters

Skilled builders who understand structural framing, post-frame construction, truss installation,



and metal cladding.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous post-frame or framing experience
- Strong understanding of construction practices
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
- Dependability, accountability, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel throughout Alberta for projects
- Leadership experience and ability to read plans are strong assets

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Setting posts and framing post-frame structures
- Installing trusses, purlins, girts, and structural components
- Installing metal roofing, wall cladding, and exterior finishes
- Working with up-to-date equipment and tools
- Maintaining safe, clean, and organized job sites
- Collaborating with your crew to deliver exceptional buildings
