Responsibilities:

- Reception Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Basic reception duties including mail and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Marketing Assistance (Training Provided):
- Assist in creating detailed destination books for clients that provide essential destination information, itineraries, maps, and travel basics for various destinations




- Design and prepare personalized luggage tags and ticket jackets, ensuring a professional and cohesive look across all client materials

Requirements:

- A dynamic and personable attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- An interest in design and marketing, with a strong creative eye.
- A desire to learn about the travel industry.
- Previous experience using Canva or similar introductory design software is a plus.
