As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the hands-on leader driving smooth shift operations, ensuring brand standards, and motivating team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role requires full cross-training across all restaurant functions—from customer service to kitchen operations—along with strong attention to administrative duties and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift Leadership & Team Support

Lead, direct, and motivate team members during assigned shifts to ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Serve as an operational expert by being fully cross-trained in all front-of-house and back-of-house positions (Packing, Cooking, and Cashier) to step in wherever needed.

Foster a positive, cooperative, and inclusive team environment.

Act as the primary point of contact for Guest Relations—addressing and resolving customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints directly, professionally, and in real time.

Ensure all food product standards, portion controls, and presentation guidelines are strictly maintained.





Accurately complete all required daily paperwork.

Perform cash management duties, including register drawers, safe counts, end-of-shift cash counts, and bank deposits.

Monitor product quality and safety by completing required temperature logs and food safety checklists.

Oversee and actively participate in daily cleaning, sanitization, and deep-cleaning schedules for equipment and facilities.

Enforce strict adherence to local health codes, food safety procedures, and brand hygiene standards.

Flexibility: Must be available to work flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs.

Physical Capability: Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift and carry 30+ pounds (boxes, chicken crates, oil jugs, etc.).

Experience: Prior experience in quick-service restaurants or leadership roles is preferred but not required.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic math and computer skills for handling cash and operational reports.

Calm demeanor under pressure with strong conflict-resolution skills.
