What You'll Do

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation
- Maintain employee files and HR records
- Support employee relations, coaching, and performance management
- Assist with payroll processing and HRIS/ADP administration
- Ensure compliance with ESA, health & safety, and company policy
- Recommend and help implement HR process improvements
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for leadership

What You Bring

- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or people operations (HR Assistant,



HR Coordinator, or Junior HR Generalist backgrounds welcome)
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- CHRP designation an asset, not required
- Working knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA)
- Comfortable in Excel, HRIS systems, and ADP or similar payroll platforms
