Revolution Soccer runs weekly soccer classes for kids aged 3 to 12 across the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Thorold and Welland/Pelham, with new locations launching soon. Since 2017 we've coached more than 250,000 players, and our promise to families is simple: real coaches, not parent volunteers. Every class is one hour, up to 20 kids, with up to 3 coaches on the floor. You lead it.

What you'll do

- Lead 2–3 one-hour classes on your set session(s) using our session plans: 30 minutes of themed skills, then games, always ending in a scrimmage or challenge
- Brief your assistant before families arrive and run a 5-minute debrief after
- Keep every child safe, active and having fun; handle behaviour and minor knocks calmly
- Give new families one specific, positive moment about their child at pickup
- Bring the session kit to and from your sessions and store it safely in between
- Submit a quick session report the same night

What you get

- From $30 per hour (each class is one hour)
- Same sessions every week: Monday–Friday evenings and Saturday mornings, year-round (indoor in winter, outdoor in summer)
- A real pathway: Steps 1–4 with a pay rise at each step after a review. Pay never goes down. Routes into Lead Coach (our coaches who launch recent locations and train others) and, longer term, running a location or region
- Paid training on our full method and plans, so your energy goes into coaching, not admin

You're a fit if

- You've led a group of 10+ kids on your own: coach, camp lead, teacher, instructor
- You can hold the room with 3-year-olds and challenge 11-year-olds in the same session
- You follow a plan and still make it your own
- You're reliable to the point of being boring about it




- You're happy to travel to different locations across the Niagara Region, including new ones as we open them

Requirements

- 18+
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check before your first session (we'll guide you through it and refund the cost after 90 days)
- Two references, one from someone who has seen you with kids
- Complete our free safe-sport and concussion-awareness training before you start
- Standard First Aid & CPR, or willing to get it
- Able to transport the session kit (balls, cones, goals, bibs) to and from sessions and store it somewhere dry and secure
- Reliable way to get to locations across the Niagara Region
