HVAC & Plumbing Warehouse LeadEdmonton, AB | Full-Time, Permanent

Legacy Heating & Cooling is Alberta’s fastest-growing HVAC & Plumbing contractor, and we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to help keep our Edmonton warehouse organized, accurate and running efficiently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership of the warehouse and understands that inventory accuracy is critical to our operation. You need to be organized, detail-oriented and accountable, with the ability to keep track of materials, identify discrepancies and make sure the right products are where they need to be. Experience working with HVAC or Plumbing materials is an asset.

This role is a great fit for someone who takes pride in running a tight, organized warehouse. You should know what we have, where it is, what has come in, what has gone out and what needs to be ordered. Accuracy matters, and we need someone who pays attention to the details and takes ownership when something doesn’t add up.

Your Role

· Oversee the day-to-day flow of the warehouse, including receiving, shipping, picking and deliveries

· Maintain accurate inventory levels and records

· Complete regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies

· Ensure materials are properly received, counted, labelled, stored and accounted for

· Keep HVAC & Plumbing materials, tools, job kits and job site materials organized and easy to locate

· Monitor inventory movement and transfers between locations





· Coordinate with Purchasing and Production to ensure materials are available when needed

· Ensure orders are picked accurately and prepared correctly for delivery

· Identify missing, damaged or incorrect materials and resolve issues quickly

· Help coordinate and direct warehouse staff and drivers

· Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse

· Follow and reinforce warehouse, safety and inventory procedures

· Assist with last-minute orders, freight issues and other day-to-day warehouse problems

· Look for ways to improve organization, efficiency and inventory accuracy

What You Bring

· 2+ years of warehouse experience

· HVAC or Plumbing warehouse experience is an asset

· Strong inventory control experience

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

· Strong organizational skills

· Ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies

· Comfortable taking ownership and holding others accountable

· Ability to work in a quick-paced environment

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills

· Forklift experience/certification is an asset

· Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets and inventory software
