Overview

The Restaurant Manager leads daily restaurant operations, lead a team of cooks in consistent food preparation, smooth service, and a positive experience for guests and colleagues. 8-10 years of extensive and continous experience in managing the restaurant and cooking in a fast paced burger restaurant. Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant and kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling practices.
- Supervise, coach, and coordinate team members; support interviewing and team management to maintain effective staffing.
- Monitor customer service, POS transactions, cash handling, and service flow; address guest concerns professionally.
- Preparation of food and cooking
- Ordering from designated Suppliers and inventory control
- Promote food safety and hospitality standards

Practical leadership, communication, organization, and customer service capabilities to supervise staff, coordinate restaurant operations, handle POS and cash transactions, and support safe food handling. Must: Restaurant management, supervising, food service, restaurant, kitchen, or broader food industry experience; familiarity with Micros POS, food preparation, cooking, serving. Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
