Overview

As a part time Sandwich Maker, prepare and serve sandwiches and other meals in a clean, organized food-service setting. You’ll support smooth kitchen operations by following food safety practices, preparing orders carefully, and helping customers enjoy timely, well-made meals.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and assemble sandwiches and meals according to order details and established procedures.
- Cook food as needed, handle ingredients safely, and maintain clean work areas and kitchen equipment.
- Serve customers courteously, confirm order details, and coordinate with teammates to keep service moving.
- Restock supplies and communicate ingredient or equipment needs to support consistent food preparation.

Your impact: Accurate, timely meal preparation helps customers enjoy dependable service and enables colleagues to work efficiently.

Requirements

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Food service handler certificate Canada will be a plus point.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn sandwich preparation, cashier duties, and kitchen operations.
- Comfortable performing routine cleaning and physical restaurant duties.
- Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is an asset, but not mandatory.

Availability:

- Part-time positions available.




- Must have flexible availability, including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and late-night shifts, based on operational requirements.
- Restaurant operating hours: 9:30 AM – 2:30 AM.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Oshawa location for their scheduled shifts.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
