Job Description
About Kintec
Kintec helps people move with confidence by improving the connection between feet and whole-body movement. Through foot-first assessments and expert guidance, we provide integrated solutions across footwear, custom orthotics, bracing, and sports medicine to support comfort, alignment, recovery, and performance.
Our approach is conservative, evidence-based, and human-centred—turning complex movement insights into clear next steps. With ongoing support, we help everyday movers, workers, and athletes move more freely, from the ground up.
The opportunity
We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who sees creative possibility in working within a brand. You enjoy using its visual language to solve different communication challenges, while keeping the work consistent and the final details right. From in-store signage to digital campaigns, you’ll help people understand what Kintec can do for them—and do it with a team that shares ideas and works through challenges together.
You’ll be part of a small, collaborative marketing team, reporting to the Creative Content Manager. We work side by side, share ideas, and talk through challenges together. You’ll have briefs and creative direction to guide you, teammates to collaborate with, and the trust to use your judgement and move your projects forward.
This is a hands-on role with variety: everyday design requests, work across print and digital, and opportunities to support the refinement of Kintec’s brand through updated guidelines, templates, and design tools. If you enjoy making good work, welcoming another perspective, and seeing a project through to delivery, we’d like to meet you.
What you’ll do
- Design in-store signage, print materials, and digital campaigns that show people what Kintec can do for them.
- Adapt a single campaign idea across print, in-store, and digital formats, keeping it consistent wherever it appears.
- Take on everyday design requests alongside larger campaign work, balancing quick turnarounds with projects that need more time.
- Work from briefs and creative direction, using your judgement to move projects forward and see them through to final delivery.
- Help refine Kintec’s brand by contributing to updated guidelines, templates, and design tools.
What you’ll bring
- A way of designing that explains. You can take something technical, like how an orthotic works, and make it transparent without making it look clinical.
- Restraint. Kintec is conservative and evidence-based, so you can make work stand out without making it loud or salesy.
- A sense for context. You design for the real moment, whether a customer is walking past a screen, standing in a fitting room, or scrolling on their phone, and you shape the message to land wherever it appears.
- A habit of improving the system as you use it. You follow the guidelines, and you speak up when something doesn’t work and suggest a better way.
- Interest in movement and how feet affect the whole body. You’ll learn the details from our team, so no health or footwear background is needed.
Nice to have: Motion graphics skills, or experience developing brand guidelines, design templates, or shared asset libraries.
Why join Kintec?
Get to know one brand deeply, without doing the same thing every day. You’ll see your work in stores and on screens, build on what you learn, and help shape the design resources we use next. Just as importantly, you’ll do it alongside teammates who share ideas and work through challenges with you. It’s an opportunity to put your craft behind a clear purpose: helping people move with confidence.
Benefits and perks:
- Market-competitive salary
- Medical and Dental coverage
- Career and growth opportunities
- Employee discount on store products and pro deals
- Fun and competitive in-store contests and incentive programs
How to apply
Show us the work you’re proud of. Send your résumé and portfolio to [insert application email or application method], with examples of both print and digital design. For collaborative projects, let us know what you contributed. If motion graphics are part of your skill set, we’d like to see those, too.
