What you'll do

- Get to know each customer's needs, budget and buying motives, and match them with the right vehicle and equipment.
- Take customers on test drives and walk them through their trade-in appraisal.
- Explain financing options clearly so customers feel confident about their purchase.
- Close the sale and handle a smooth, memorable delivery.
- Follow up with customers and build relationships that bring them back and send their friends your way.
- Become the expert on Ford's full lineup.

What you bring

- An unrestricted OMVIC licence and dealership approval
- A valid driver's licence
- A high school diploma (post-secondary education is a plus)
- Retail sales or customer service experience (automotive experience is a bonus)
- Integrity, a positive attitude and lots of energy
- Solid organization and follow-through, and comfort working within a proven sales process
- A self-starter mindset and a drive to keep learning and improving
