We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing and production team in Oakville, Ontario.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position ideal for someone with previous production experience, practical mechanical skills, and a robust work ethic. The successful candidate will operate machinery, assist with production and assembly tasks, and work alongside a team to ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate slitting machinery to cut industrial belts according to specified measurements and production requirements.
- Load, position, and feed materials into machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist with cutting, joining, and assembling industrial belts.
- Work closely with other production team members to complete daily manufacturing tasks.
- Handle, move,



and position materials throughout the production area.
- Bundle, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Use hand tools and power tools as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
- Practical mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with machinery and equipment.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of performing hands-on production work.
- Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods.
