About the Role

As a Maintenance Attendant, you will help maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of the hotel while supporting preventative maintenance programs and responding to guest and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Respond to guest maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner.

· Maintain guest rooms, public areas, grounds, and hotel equipment.

· Support preventative maintenance programs and complete required inspections.

· Assist with repairs including painting, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance.

· Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of hotel grounds.

· Order and organize supplies and materials required for maintenance projects.

· Follow safety procedures and emergency protocols at all times.





· Perform duties and special projects as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Manager.

What You Bring

· Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or hotel experience is considered an asset.

· Basic knowledge of painting, carpentry, HVAC, equipment operation, and general repairs.

· Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· A positive attitude and commitment to guest service.

· Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
