Snow Removal Sidewalk Crew Lead

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Sidewalk Crew Lead to oversee daily snow removal operations and ensure our crews complete their work safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities include:

- Drive company trucks and transport crews and equipment between job sites.
- Lead and coordinate sidewalk snow removal crews.
- Perform snow clearing, shoveling, ice control, and salting/sanding.
- Complete daily paperwork, including FLHAs, vehicle inspections, and job reports.
- Ensure all assigned properties are serviced properly and on schedule.
- Monitor weather and site conditions and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure equipment is operated safely, maintained, and ready for use.
- Train, supervise, and assist crew members as needed.
- Take before-and-after photos and report any site issues or damages.

Requirements:





- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous snow removal or crew leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, lead a team, and handle physically demanding work.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays during snow events.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can keep a crew organized and productive during busy winter conditions.

Pay: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 – 55.0 per week
