Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dependable Full-Time High Level Security Commercial Cleaner to join our team in North Bay, Ontario.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a high-security commercial environment. This position requires a solid commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, confidentiality, and professional cleaning standards.

Position Details

- Location: North Bay, Ontario
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Shift: Evening Cleaning Shift
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation is an asset.

Responsibilities

- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and disinfect surfaces in designated areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to site procedures.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, including door handles, countertops, and shared equipment.
- Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning products safely and effectively.
- Follow all site-specific security protocols, safety procedures, and cleaning requirements.
- Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or unusual activity to the appropriate supervisor.




- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working in a secure commercial environment.
- Complete all assigned cleaning duties efficiently and to Bee-Clean’s quality standards.

Qualifications

- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, safety procedures, and security protocols.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
- Reliable transportation is an asset.
- Must be able to meet applicable site security and background screening requirements.
