Operations & Shift Execution

- Oversee full restaurant operations and execute shift plans during assigned hours.
- Handle opening and closing procedures (including late-night or early-morning shifts).
- Ensure food preparation, cooking procedures, recipe standards, and hold times are strictly followed.
- Monitor speed of service, order accuracy, and the execution of promotional offers and limited-time items.
- Step into crew roles (front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen) when necessary to maintain flow or cover breaks. [1, 2]

Profitability & Financial Controls

- Follow cash control, register, and security procedures (such as safe counts and drawer balancing).
- Track and record financial metrics, including waste, refunds, and petty cash reports.
- Conduct daily and weekly inventory checks, receive deliveries, and report stock discrepancies. [1, 2]

Guest Experience

- Lead the team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or inquiries politely and efficiently.




- Model positive energy and encourage team members to engage in suggestive selling or upselling. [1, 2, 3]

People Management & Coaching

- Assign station tasks, direct team members, and adjust positions based on store volume.
- Coach crew members in real-time on food safety, operational standards, and customer service.
