Food and Beverage Services – Glacier Greens Golf Club (GGGC)

Glacier Greens Golf Club is seeking an experienced individual, team, or company to join our Golf Club as our contracted food and beverage service provider. Glacier Greens Golf Club was established in 1971 and is an 18-hole semi-private golf facility open year-round. “Glacier” has a robust annual membership base as well as a large public golfer component. Glacier Greens Golf Club hosts over 60,000 rounds of golf per year and is conveniently located next to the Comox airport, 19 Wing Comox, and the growing Comox valley.

The food and beverage space includes:

- Catering kitchen with large walk-in refrigerator and freezer
- Indoor restaurant space that can seat up to 42 patrons
- Indoor banquet room adjacent the restaurant and bar that can seat 103 patrons
- Outdoor patio overlooking the 18th green that can seat up to 100 patrons
- Large bar service area
- Two separate supply storage rooms and a private office
- 125-acre golf course with up to 275 golfers/day

A contract for services agreement will be established with the winning bid and with an ideal contract start date of Feb 1, 2027. Minimum contracted services will include:

- Providing daily food and beverage services for golfers, club and non-club events, banquet room rentals, and the general public.
- Operate the kitchen, restaurant, patio, and beverage cart based on the terms of the contract.
- Provide a variety of menu options for large and small groups, that can accommodate different daily demands for service.
- Ability to be named as a 3rd Party Operator for the Club’s Liquor Primary and Food Primary Licenses.




- Communicate restaurant happenings through the member mailing list, website, and social media
- Maintaining all licenses and regulatory requirements related to the F+B operation.
- Notifying management of any repairs or maintenance required on any golf course assets.
- Attend golf club committee meetings and providing feedback and reports on the department.
- Liaising with various club representatives on event planning, pricing, and scheduling
- Be a part of the club’s service team to best serve the members, guests, and patrons

The agreement structure and duration of this contract for services will be finalized through negotiations with the selected applicant(s). The golf course will provide a fully functioning kitchen, restaurant space, office, and banquet room as well as accept all expenses related to utilities and building repairs. The financial structure of the contract is largely up for negotiation as the club’s priorities are mainly towards reliable services and hours of operations. This is very much a “turn key” operation with very little startup and operational expenses.

Contract length: 36-48 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
