Join a rapidly expanding metal roofing company serving the Greater Vancouver Area. Our office and staging hub is based in Richmond, BC, with active installation crews working across the Lower Mainland (Vancouver, Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, and surrounding communities).
While our installation teams complete premium metal roofs, you canvass the surrounding neighbourhoods. Homeowners see our live craftsmanship in progress, providing you with high-visibility, warm territory to introduce our products, book free estimates, and close sales.
This role is ideal for self-driven, competitive communicators who want uncapped earning potential in a high-ticket home improvement industry.
What You'll Do
Canvass residential neighbourhoods around active job sites across Greater Vancouver.
Introduce homeowners to our permanent, weather-resistant metal roofing systems.
Qualify leads, book on-site estimate appointments, and close roofing contracts.
Follow up with prospective clients via phone, text, and email.
Coordinate with our Richmond-based project management and installation teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.
Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at every door.
Compensation & Earning Potential
Earning structure:
$18.00/hour base pay( 35 hrs minimum per week) + 5% commission on total project value
Earning Benchmarks:
Average commission: $1,000 to $2,000 per closed project.
Consistent reps earn: $5,000 to $10,000+ per month.
Top performers earn: $12,000 to $28,000+ per month.
Uncapped commission with no ceiling on performance.
What We're Looking For
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Strong presence, confidence, and comfort meeting and speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
Natural resilience, competitive drive, and self-motivation.
Physical ability to walk residential routes and work outdoors across varied West Coast weather.
Valid BC driver’s licence and consistent access to a reliable vehicle.
Background in D2D sales, real estate, construction, or direct retail customer service is an asset, but trainability and work ethic come first.
