Job Overview

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them find suitable products, and keep the sales floor organized. You’ll contribute to a welcoming store environment through attentive service, clear communication, and effective checkout support.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers, answer questions, and use strong communication skills and phone etiquette to understand their needs.
- Explain product features and provide product demos; support technology sales and use upselling to suggest relevant options.
- Process transactions using POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling, applying basic math accurately.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize stock and sales areas, and manage tasks effectively during busy periods.

Requirements

Required: Customer service, retail sales, sales, communication, basic math, POS, cashiering, cash handling, merchandising, time management, and organizational skills support daily duties. English proficiency and professional phone etiquette help you assist customers clearly and process purchases accurately. Preferred: Technical sales experience, technology sales knowledge, product demonstration skills, and bilingual or multilingual abilities can help you serve a wider range of customers and explain products with confidence.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
