Job Requirements may include:
- Handle customer calls and emails related to load status, issues, and service requests.
- Maintain accurate data entry for orders, routes, and communication logs.
- Strong multitasking and decision-making skills under time-sensitive conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in office
