ECE Teacher for ages 2 1/2 to 6 years of age Qualifications: Only candidates who have an ECE Diploma who is interested in learning the Montessori theory, please apply.

Job Duties:

- Excellent written and oral communication.

- Assess the developmental level of children. Prepare progress reports.

- Robust leadership skills. Responsible and independent.

- Creative, hard-working team player, energetic, and flexible.

- Establish and maintain Montessori classroom culture, prepare material, and maintain all units of study

- Develop and implement daily activities for children

- Nurtures independence, self-esteem and success in students

- Classroom management

- Parent communication

- Enthusiastic, creative, energetic and nurturing

Qualifications:

- ECE Diploma with working experience in a child care setting

- Working childcare experience at least 3 years (an asset)

- Police Reference Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening no more than 6 months old

- Standard First Aid and CPR Level C certification

- Up to Date Immunizations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
