As a Live Event Experience Ambassador with Made Theory Events, you’ll help bring our interactive event experiences to life! From charm bars and live embroidery to on-site laser engraving, you’ll be part of creating memorable, personalized experiences for guests at weddings, corporate events, brand activations, private parties, and special celebrations.

This paid position is perfect for someone who is outgoing, personable, creative, and enjoys working with people. You’ll assist with setting up and operating our interactive event stations, helping guests customize their keepsakes, and ensuring every interaction feels fun, seamless, and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

- Guest Engagement: Welcome guests, explain our interactive experiences, answer questions, and create a warm, inviting atmosphere.
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Help set up, style, organize, and pack down event stations, displays, equipment, and supplies.
- On-Site Event Support: Work alongside the Made Theory Events team to keep experiences running smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Brand Representation: Represent Made Theory Events with enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Creating Memorable Moments: Make guests feel excited about their personalized items and ensure every experience is enjoyable from start to finish.

Qualifications

Required:

- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable approaching and interacting with guests in busy event environments.
- Reliable, punctual,



and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable learning hands-on processes, equipment, and creative customization techniques.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel to event locations.
- Professional, polished, and enthusiastic approach to guest service.

Preferred:

- Previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, food service, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience with crafting, jewelry making, embroidery, personalization, or other hands-on creative activities.
- Sales, marketing, or brand ambassador experience.
- Experience with live event activations, demonstrations, or interactive guest experiences.
- Embroidery machine experience preferred, not required
- Comfortable speaking to groups and engaging with guests of all ages.
