Description:

Mississauga Iron is looking for a reliable, hardworking and responsible driver to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating both a pickup truck with an attached trailer and a heavy-duty truck to transport materials safely and efficiently to various job sites and locations.

We are looking for someone with a robust work ethic, a good driving record, and experience operating different types of vehicles.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate a pickup truck while towing a trailer.
- Operate a heavy-duty truck in accordance with DZ license requirements.
- Transport and deliver materials to various job sites and locations.
- Load and unload materials as required.
- Ensure loads are properly secured and transported safely.
- Perform basic vehicle and trailer inspections.
- Maintain a clean, organized and well-maintained vehicles.
- Follow all road safety regulations,



transportation requirements and company procedures.

Requirements:

- Valid DZ driver's license.
- Valid G driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving a pickup truck with a trailer.
- Experience driving heavy-duty trucks.
- Comfortable backing up, maneuvering and parking with a trailer.
- Physically capable of assisting with loading and unloading.
- Reliable, punctual and dependable.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong attention to safety and responsibility.

- Heating and air conditioning.
- AM/FM radio with other audio options available.

Pay: $25.00 per hour
