Job Summary

We need to hire a passionate PSW for Bolton location. The Personal Support Worker provides respectful, practical assistance that supports clients’ daily routines, comfort, and independence in home and care settings. The role combines personal caregiving with household support, adapting assistance to each individual’s needs and preferences.

Duties

- Assist with daily caregiving and senior care, including support for individuals with disabilities and people living with dementia.
- Support medication administration in accordance with established care plans and procedures.
- Prepare meals, help maintain clean and comfortable living spaces, and provide home care suited to each client’s routine.
- Offer attentive support in assisted living and nursing home environments, communicating relevant observations to the care team.

Skills

Required: Practical caregiving, clear communication, attention to individual needs, and the ability to assist with meal preparation and cleaning are important for daily support. Preferred: Assisted living, nursing home, senior care, disability support, dementia care, medication administration, and home care experience can strengthen your ability to adapt to wide-ranging care settings and contribute effectively to a coordinated team.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
