Yin Yang Massage Therapy is a newly established clinic in Cambridge, Ontario, expected to open at the end of September 2026. We are looking for 3–4 RMTs to join our team.

Responsibilities

- Perform qualified massage therapy treatments based on client assessments and specific health concerns
- Develop personalized treatment plans to address client needs and goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment notes and progress updates
- Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in accordance with health regulations and clinic standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment procedures clearly
- Stay current with industry best practices,

Skills

- Strong understanding of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients
- Clear communication skills to explain treatments, gather client information, and provide guidance effectively
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a team setting
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols relevant to massage therapy environments

Compensation

- 70% split for the first 50 treatment hours in each bi-weekly pay period
- 75% split for any treatment hours exceeding 50 hours in the same pay period
- Treatment rate: $110/hour + HST (approximately $124.3/hour including HST)
- Paid bi-weekly

Pay: $50.00-$110.00 per hour
