Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and versatile Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for a creative, tech-savvy self-starter who wants hands-on experience across digital marketing, e-commerce, content creation, and day-to-day administrative sales support. You will be responsible for creating engaging video and social content, managing our digital ad campaigns, maintaining our online store and marketplace listings, and supporting our sales operations with customer quotes and order processing.

Location: Stoney Creek, ON

Pay Rate: $20.00–$25.00/hr, depending on experience / skills (pay increases regularly based on performance)

Days & Hours of work: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm

Responsibilities:

- Create engaging organic content across social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and paid social platforms
- Manage on-page SEO to grow organic search visibility and website traffic
- Maintain and update company website built on WordPress (Elementor) and WooCommerce (adding products, updating banners, optimizing pages)
- Plan, film, and edit promotional videos and step-by-step product/tutorial videos
- Build out product profiles, optimize listings, and monitor inventory/stock levels on Amazon and Alibaba
- Track,



analyze, and deliver regular performance reports on website traffic, sales conversions, and social media analytics
- Conduct market and customer research to identify trends and opportunities to support new product launches
- Prepare customer quotes, process incoming orders, and maintain accurate customer/sales records
- Manage inventory and distribution of company promotional items and swag stock
- Provide administrative and customer support as needed in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Skills:

- High computer literacy and robust organizational skills
- Hands-on familiarity or education in digital marketing, social media management, and basic SEO
- Experience using WordPress (Elementor) and WooCommerce is a strong asset
- Basic video/photo shooting and editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Alibaba)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work on-site in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to start immediately

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
