As a Wireless Sales Supervisor at Staples Canada, you’ll guide the wireless sales team and support customers with their needs. Your impact: By helping customers find suitable wireless products and services, you make it easier for them to stay connected for work, learning and everyday life.

Responsibilities

- Lead and support the wireless sales team in serving customers.
- Guide customers through wireless product and service options.
- Support sales activities and contribute to the team’s sales performance.




- Maintain effective product merchandising in the wireless area.
- Help team members build their sales and customer service capabilities.

Qualifications

- Relevant supervising experience and ability to guide a team.
- Retail sales and customer service skills.
- Sales management experience or capability.
- Robust leadership and communication skills.
- Preferred: merchandising, point-of-sale (POS) and training experience.
