Autonomous Practice.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner that will conduct thorough assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and prescribe medication as needed. Patients with complex psychotropic medication needs may be referred to psychiatry at your discretion. Additional responsibilities include educating patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment options. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements:

- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Ontario.

- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

- Familiar with WSIB

- Experience in medical office settings preferred.

- Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

Compensation: $100 per patient hour
