Overview
A & D Child Care is seeking a dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment for them to learn and grow.

This is a part time position that could turn into full-time if the candidate is willing.

Responsibilities
- Educate and engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Implement daily routines and schedules
- Provide attentive care to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of each child
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

Experience
- Previous experience working with children is preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus
- Classroom experience or caregiving experience is beneficial

Mandatory Qualifications

- Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification (Alberta)
- Current First Aid & CPR (Child Care) certification
- Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search (issued within the last 6 months)
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for working with children

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

25 - 30 hrs a week

Work Location: In person – Sherwood Park, Alberta
