Diamond Motors is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our automotive sales team in Edmonton, Alberta.

This is a commission-based position with excellent earning potential. The more vehicles you sell, the more you earn. We offer a large inventory, regular customer leads, and a supportive team environment to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming dealership experience.
- Respond promptly to phone, online, and walk-in inquiries.
- Understand each customer’s needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Explain vehicle features and benefits and conduct test drives.
- Follow up consistently with leads and previous customers.
- Negotiate and close sales professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups in the dealership CRM.
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
- Assist with vehicle displays and ensure the showroom and sales lot remain presentable.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

- Valid driver’s licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills




- Motivated by sales targets and commission-based earnings
- Excellent follow-up and time-management skills
- Comfortable using computers, social media, and CRM systems
- Previous automotive or retail sales experience is an asset
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are an asset
- Must be available to work weekends
