About EverGlow Lighting & Lux

EverGlow Lighting & Lux is an Edmonton-based company specializing in premium permanent exterior LED lighting for residential homes.

We are looking for a confident, motivated Residential Sales Representative who enjoys meeting homeowners, building relationships, and helping customers enhance the appearance of their homes with permanent exterior lighting.

Responsibilities

- Meet with homeowners at residential properties.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Conduct on-site lighting consultations.
- Assess rooflines and determine lighting requirements.
- Present lighting options, explain pricing, and prepare estimates.
- Answer customer questions and follow up on quotes.
- Build relationships and help customers through the purchasing process.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the owner and installation team.
- Represent EverGlow Lighting & Lux professionally.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with homeowners.
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting sales goals.




- Willingness to learn our products and sales process.
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet.
- Previous sales experience is an asset, especially in home improvement, roofing, windows and doors, solar, landscaping, construction, automotive, real estate, or direct sales.

- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.
- Professional attitude and communication skills.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Compensation

Commission-based compensation, with earnings dependent on sales performance and project size. The commission structure will be explained during the interview.
