Overview

As an Appliance Sales Specialist, you’ll help customers compare appliances, understand product features, and choose options suited to their needs. You’ll support a welcoming, organized sales floor and provide clear, attentive service throughout each interaction.

Duties

- Welcome customers, ask questions to understand their needs, and recommend appliances using retail sales and technology sales techniques.
- Deliver product demos, explain features clearly, answer questions, and use appropriate upselling to help customers make informed choices.
- Process purchases through POS systems, handle cashiering and cash accurately, and apply basic math during transactions.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize sales materials, and manage time effectively while coordinating with colleagues.

Skills

Required: Strong customer service, sales, communication, English, basic math, POS, cashiering, cash handling, organizational skills, time management, and professional phone etiquette support daily sales and transactions. Preferred: Retail sales, technology or technical sales experience, product demonstration skills, merchandising experience, upselling ability, and bilingual or multilingual communication can help you serve a wider range of customers.

Pay: $43,500.00-$139,000.00 per year
