Full-Time Barber — Stíl Cultúr Barbershop

Location: 982 Dundas Street West, Toronto, ON

Hours: 40 hours per week

Compensation: Commission starting at 50%, with progression up to 60%. Starting rate negotiable based on experience and skill.

Stíl Cultúr is hiring an experienced barber who takes pride in their work and cares about the customer experience.

We offer classic and modern barbering on Dundas West, steps from Trinity Bellwoods and close to Ossington, with a streetcar stop right outside.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build a strong, loyal clientele, develop their skills and contribute to a skilled, welcoming shop.

Your role

- Deliver quality haircuts, beard trims and personalised consultations

- Help clients choose styles suited to their hair and preferences

- Build repeat business through attentive, consistent service

- Keep your station, tools and shared spaces clean and organised

- Manage appointments professionally and respect clients’ time

What we’re looking for

- At least two years of professional barbering experience

- Confidence in classic and modern cuts, fades, scissor work and longer styles, including flows and mullets

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Reliability, professionalism and a willingness to keep learning

- Someone who works well with others and takes responsibility for their work
