Looking for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist for our growing, community-focused accounting firm located in Cochrane. We pride ourselves on providing personal and corporate tax preparation, bookkeeping, and advisory services to our local businesses and individuals. We are looking for a warm, highly organized, and reliable professional to be the welcoming face of our office.

As our Administrative Assistant and Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and over the phone. You will keep our office running smoothly by supporting our accounting team with daily clerical tasks and client management. Pay will determined by experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer the main phone line, and direct inquiries.
- Personal Taxes: Scan, organize, and assemble client documents, sign-in / sign-out personal tax clients.
- Office Organization: Order office supplies when needed, maintain office equipment.
- Administrative Support: Assist staff with data entry,



preparing correspondence, and general office duties.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of front desk, reception, or administrative experience (experience in a professional services setting is an asset).
- A warm, professional demeanor with exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a busy deadline-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfort learning new office software.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
