Women’s Promotion Team

We’re building a dedicated women’s promotion team for a vibrant nightclub. If you’re energetic, well connected, and know how to bring the right crowd, this is your chance to join a team of like minded promoters, with a robust network, a supportive environment, and real earning potential. Your main goal is to promote the venue, attract guests, and drive table and bottle service sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote the nightclub through social media, networking, and outreach
- Build and maintain relationships with guests, influencers, and VIP clients
- Drive table reservations and bottle service sales
- Organize guest lists, manage reservations, and assist with private events
- Ensure guests have an exceptional experience throughout the night




- Collaborate with management and your fellow promoters on promotions and marketing
- Attend major nightlife events and hotspots to boost venue traffic

Requirements:

- Must be 19 years or older
- Outgoing personality with a strong network in nightlife, hospitality, or social scenes
- Proven ability to bring paying guests and secure high value table bookings
- Strong social media presence is a plus
- Sales and customer service experience preferred
- Team player who wants to grow with a female led promo squad
- Availability to work nights and weekends
