Job Title: Automotive Glass Technician

About the Role:
NOVUS Glass Saskatoon is looking for an experienced Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. If you take pride in quality installs, work clean, and want steady full-time hours with a growing shop, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Remove and install windshields, door glass, back glass, and quarter glass on cars, trucks, and SUVs
- Perform rock chip and crack repairs
- Prep vehicles, remove and reinstall mouldings, wipers, cowls, and sensors
- Assist with ADAS camera calibration (static and dynamic) after windshield replacement
- Perform mobile installs at customer locations as needed
- Inspect completed work for proper fit, seal, and safety standards
- Keep the bay, tools, and work vehicle clean and organized
- Assist with receiving glass and inventory as needed

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of automotive glass installation experience
- Knowledge of urethane systems, cure times, and safe drive-away requirements
- Experience with or willingness to learn ADAS calibration
- Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
- Solid attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- AGSC or similar certification is an asset
