Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for recent product development and approval processes.
- Develop and perform testing and analysis of new products.
- Report on validation and verification test results.
- Support Quality with inspection, testing and data collection procedures.
- Provide technical support on daily issues.
- Liaison between suppliers, customers and GSI team members.
- Attend trade shows, meetings and conferences as required.
- Maintain GSI part drawings, part numbers, nomenclatures and part descriptions.
- Assure products and processes meet quality, cost and safety guideline requirements.
- Collaborates with office team members to ensure seamless business execution, reinforce positive morale, and uphold company values.
- Escalate issues to management and recommend solutions.
- Follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety regulations.
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the President.

Qualifications / Skills:





- Maintain high level of expertise in HVACR
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills.
- Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

- Technologist/ Technician diploma
- Knowledge of AC/ Refrigeration Engineering
- Proficient with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, office software

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
