Eight or more years in asset protection, risk, compliance, or related operationsExperience with remote leadership and operating cadence oversightExperience overseeing investigations, emergency response, or security programsAbility to influence senior leaders and build cross-functional partnershipsPost-secondary education or equivalent relevant experienceUse multi-site leadership, compliance knowledge, and operational risk expertise to strengthen lululemon fulfillment environments.
